Requirements

  • The ability to analyze data, draw relevant insights, and identify commercial opportunities and risks.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Strong strategic thinking and implementation capabilities.
  • Proven project management expertise.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders and providing constructive challenge where appropriate.
  • Strong leadership skills and a self-starter mentality.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep knowledge of the UK On Trade market and its unique complexities.

Responsibilities

  • San Miguel Brand Integration & Visibility
  • Data consolidation
  • Performance Tracking & Monthly Reporting
  • Field Sales Support / distribution & outlet visibility
  • Strategic Projects
  • Integration of new CRM solution
  • Fit for Growth - leading & analysing avenues for On Trade Growth (partnerships/M&A/RTM)
  • Support for On Trade Commercial Reporting Control Tower
  • Leading 10YP/3YP/1YP process for the On Trade
  • Leading on preparation and delivery of presentations outlining key progress points from integration agenda to involved /relevant stakeholders across the organisation
  • Leading preparation for monthly performance reviews across senior leadership: MPM/MPR/Category Budget LE Closing Routine
