About The Position

We’re seeking a Commercial Insurance Sales Specialist to help independent insurance agencies grow and win more commercial business. This role blends field coaching, sales support, and placement strategy. You’ll work side‑by‑side with producers and account managers helping them structure accounts, access markets, and close both large and small opportunities.

Requirements

  • Active Property and Casualty License
  • Commercial Lines experience
  • Coverage and market knowledge
  • Ability to travel locally

Nice To Haves

  • Coaching or mentoring experience
  • Wholesale or underwriting background
  • E&S market familiarity

Responsibilities

  • Provide in‑person commercial coaching in agency offices
  • Review pipelines and increase bind ratios
  • Support complex submissions and placements
  • Guide carrier and coverage strategy
  • Assist with negotiations and renewals
  • Deliver commercial training sessions
  • Support and and specialty placements
  • Collaborate with carrier and internal teams
