Requirements

Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in commercial lines sales. Candidates with personal lines experience and strong sales aptitude will also be considered.
Proven ability to generate leads, close sales, and build a successful book of business.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a book of business by generating new leads and managing existing client relationships.
Conduct 50 calls per day to set appointments and pursue new business opportunities.
Utilize a database of 8,000 leads, organized by renewal dates, to identify and target potential clients.
Handle incoming warm leads and proactively seek out new leads through cold-calling and networking.
Quote new and renewal business for a variety of commercial lines accounts, ranging from small businesses to larger organizations.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
