About The Position

Commercial Lines Producer Job Summary Seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Lines Producer to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in driving new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. As part of a mid-sized agency with a flexible work schedule and a collaborative company culture, you will have the opportunity to work on a large market generalist book of business. This position offers a hybrid work environment, allowing for a balance between in-office and remote work. Compensation Package Salary Range : $45,000 - $55,000 (flexible based on experience) + commissions Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.

Requirements

Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Minimum of 1+ years in a similar role preferred.
Proficiency in Applied Epic software is a plus.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities.
Manage and grow a book of business with a focus on both renewals and new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional service and support.
Utilize Applied Epic software to manage accounts and streamline processes.
