About The Position

Our client is a leading provider of comprehensive insurance solutions. Their line of services includes business insurance, employee benefits, individual insurance, court bonds, and event insurance. They are currently seeking to hire an experienced and highly motivated Commercial Insurance Producer to help them expand their business. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of industries, including architects/engineers, commercial contractors, manufacturers, hospitality, property management, restaurants, transportation, wholesalers/distributors, wineries, and cannabis businesses. You will be responsible for generating new business and growing existing accounts. Our client offers a competitive base salary and an uncapped commission structure, providing excellent earning potential for high performers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in commercial insurance sales.
  • Strong understanding of commercial lines (property, liability, workers' comp, etc.).
  • Active Property & Casualty license required
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and strengthen relationships with new and existing commercial clients, focusing on accounts with significant premium volume.
  • Prospect, identify, and secure new business opportunities within target industries through networking, referral development, direct outreach, and industry involvement.
  • Conduct in-depth risk assessments and build customized commercial insurance packages across property, casualty, liability, workers’ compensation, and specialty lines.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including quoting, proposal creation, policy binding, renewals, and ongoing client support.
  • Collaborate with internal service teams to ensure seamless onboarding, policy servicing, claims support, and renewals.
  • Stay current on carrier markets, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends to provide clients with the most competitive and comprehensive coverage solutions.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and meet or exceed established production goals tied to premium growth.
