Requirements

Proven experience in commercial insurance sales, with a focus on trucking and transportation accounts.
Producer I: Entry-level or junior licensed candidates welcome.
Producer II: 3-7 years of experience with a book of business ranging from $100,000 to $500,000.
Producer III: 7+ years of experience with a book of business exceeding $500,000.
Strong sales acumen with a hunger to succeed and grow revenue.
Familiarity with AMS260 and Salesforce software is preferred.
Ability to work independently and demonstrate self-sufficiency.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
A proactive and aggressive approach to sales, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of trucking and transportation carriers is highly desirable.
