About The Position

The Commercial Insurance Inspector position at Pro Inspections involves conducting property inspections for insurance purposes. This part-time role allows for a flexible schedule, with inspections required to be completed during normal business hours. Inspectors will meet with insured clients, take necessary measurements and photographs, and complete reports online after each inspection.

Requirements

• Must have a digital camera, measuring wheel, cell phone with GPS, computer, and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to complete inspections within the normal business hours of Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
• Willingness to undergo training and background checks as required by some customers.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in property inspections or related fields is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Contact the insured to schedule inspection dates and times.
• Conduct property inspections, including taking photos of the interior and exterior.
• Measure the building and complete a questionnaire with the insured.
• Upload photos and complete the inspection report online after returning to the home office.
