About The Position

The Commercial Insurance Inspector position at Pro Inspections involves conducting property inspections for insurance purposes. This part-time role allows for a flexible schedule, with inspections required to be completed during normal business hours. Inspectors will meet with insured clients, take necessary measurements and photographs, and complete reports online after each inspection.

Requirements

• Must have a digital camera, measuring wheel, cell phone with GPS, a computer, and a reliable vehicle.
• Ability to complete inspections within the normal business day of Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
• Willingness to undergo training and potentially a background check.

• Experience in team management or contracts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contact the insured to set a date and time for inspections.
• Conduct property inspections, including taking photos of the interior and exterior.
• Measure the building and complete a questionnaire with the insured.
• Upload photos and complete the inspection report online after returning to the home office.
