About The Position

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Client Representative to join a collaborative and professional team. This position focuses on servicing middle-market commercial accounts and works closely with account management and client leadership partners to ensure high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage day-to-day servicing responsibilities efficiently.

Requirements

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
Minimum of 2 years of commercial lines experience in an agency setting, with a focus on back-end servicing.
Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
Familiarity with mid-market accounts and generalist insurance practices.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in insurance is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Review and manage insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Maintain and update client information in the EPIC system.
Process endorsements, certificates, and other administrative tasks.
Assist with quoting new and renewal business.
Collaborate with the Client Manager and Client Executive to ensure seamless service delivery.
