About The Position

Commercial Insurance Client Manager - Hybrid ATL, GA Compensation, $55k-$120k+ Base Salary + Bonus Incentives, Impressive Benefit Package including matching 401k. Depending on experience. Growth position- Seeking to add a Support Specialist, Account Manager, or Executive-level professional to a Real Estate focused team. Summary: Established Insurance agency seeking to hire a Commercial Insurance Account Manager Job Duties: Full Knowledge of insurance products and usages Ability to advise and consult with clients re: their insurance coverages Manage workflow of assigned book of business and delegate workflow Maintain accounts in accordance with organizational guidelines Service and monitor account activity. Call existing insured to compliment or “round out” personal accounts. Work strategically with sales staff to optimize relationships and protect client’s business. Perform special projects as directed by the VP, Commercial Lines. Review policies and coverage for accuracy and rating calculations. Process endorsements, placement requests and invoicing. Complete and prepare certificates, proposals, policy summaries and reviews. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with our partners, carriers and vendors. Responsible for marketing process & quoting new and renewal business

Requirements

  • 2-10 + Years working with middle market accounts in agency environment
  • Ability to meet/w clients and discuss insurance mitigation strategies
  • Must be organized
  • Ability to delegate workflow
  • Ability to multi task
  • Experienced with AMS 360 or equivalent agency management system

Responsibilities
