About The Position

FlexStaff is seeking a Commercial Insurance Construction Assistant to join our
client's team in Huntington.

Our client is a leader in the insurance industry, providing innovative solutions
for personal and commercial insurance.

This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of industry experience who thrives
in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with both clients and
internal teams.

Requirements

• Active insurance license required
• Prior experience in commercial insurance service or support roles
• Excellent communication skills with clients, teammates, and carrier partners
• Experience with agency management systems is required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Applied EPIC is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Process policy changes, endorsements, audits, and finance agreements
• Issue and prepare insurance documentation such as ID cards, binders, and certificates
• Track payments and payment statuses through carrier portals and finance teams
• Communicate with clients, carriers, and wholesalers to address day-to-day service needs
• Handle loss run requests and policy checking for accuracy and delivery
• Assist producers and account executives with various tasks as needed
