Seaglass Insurance Group is seeking a service-minded, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our commercial insurance book of business (AmTrust). This role will focus on receiving carrier documents and communications and delivering accurate, timely updates and paperwork to our retail agent partners. The role also supports policy servicing, billing/PAYO items, claims-related updates, renewals, and data entry.
