As a Commercial Insurance Advisor, you'll be on the front lines of assessing client's risk profiles and finding opportunities to enable better protection. You will drive sells from top-of-funnel to bottom, sourcing new clients and supporting them through the insurance transaction process. You will reach out to clients via cold calls, emails, and walk-ins to introduce TBG and spark interest. Success in this role is measured by new business generated. You'll be equipped with a strong list of pre-qualified leads and supported by a team focused on collaborative growth. Additionally, you'll have a dedicated manager to help support your success. This role is open to those with little to no insurance knowledge. Our program is designed to bring in those with a strong work ethic and teach you the skills needed to be successful in this industry. You must be coachable and willing to work within our 2 year development program.
