Flexibility with Support – Producers based near our Pennsylvania office work in person while also serving clients nationally. For producers located outside the region, we support a fully remote structure with a dedicated travel budget to engage with clients and prospects. In either case, you’ll have the tools, service team, and autonomy to succeed.

Requirements

5+ years of production success in P&C insurance.
Demonstrated expertise and reputation in a specific niche market (current Sovereign specialties or others).
A strong record of new business growth and client retention.
Desire to take ownership of building a practice and reputation within a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Entrepreneurial spirit paired with a commitment to collaboration and client service.
Has a proven production track record with established client relationships.
Brings recognized expertise in a niche market and the credibility to be seen as a subject matter expert.
Wants to be a practice leader, not just a salesperson.

Responsibilities

Responsible for generating prospects, providing insurance solutions, and supporting the client.
Create and maintain prospect lists of potential clients through warm and cold calling.
Identify clients’ insurance needs, gaps in coverage, and potential premium savings.
Obtain accurate information from prospects for comprehensive submissions to insurers.
Maintain concern for timeliness and accuracy when interacting with clients, agency, and company personnel.
Work within a team structure to help provide clients with continued support even after sales cycle is completed.
Perform other duties that may be required or assigned by the supervisor.
