Requirements

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required; additional designations are a plus.
5+ years in commercial lines account management highly preferred.
Proficiency in EPIC software or similar platforms.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
A commitment to providing exceptional client service and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Manage a generalist book of business, handling accounts of varying sizes and complexities.
Provide full-service account management, including quoting new and renewal business.
Utilize EPIC software to maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
