About The Position

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join a team. This role is integral to the operations, focusing on servicing the hotel division accounts, which include a wide range of hospitality clients. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in commercial lines (CL) insurance, exceptional client service skills, and a proactive approach to managing client relationships. Compensation Package Salary Range : $60,000 to $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines insurance (hospitality account experience highly preferred).
  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Proficiency in EPIC software is highly preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment after completing the initial training period.
  • A proactive and client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the hotel division accounts, focusing on hospitality clients.
  • Handle daily account management duties, including addressing issues raised by Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) and servicing client needs.
  • Manage the quoting process for new and renewal business.
  • Collaborate with Producers to ensure seamless client service (no marketing responsibilities required).
  • Utilize EPIC software for account management (preferred but not required).
  • Uphold the company’s core values and contribute to a positive team environment.
