Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year in customer service or insurance-related roles.
- Insurance license preferred; support for obtaining licensure available for the right candidate.
- Proficiency with Applied Epic software is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer-focused mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Willingness to attend in-office training and meetings as needed.
Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business valued at $1M - $1.5M, depending on experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including handling inquiries, processing requests, and resolving issues.
- Handle standard CSR duties such as certificates, payments, and policy changes.
- Quote and process renewals (90%) and new business (10%).
- Support inbound sales leads; cold calling is optional but not required.
- Utilize Applied Epic software for account management and documentation.
