Commercial Insurance Account Manager / Team Lead
About The Position
Established agency seeking to hire a Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join a commercial team. Ideal candidate will have a Commercial Lines background in the property & casualty industry. Responsibilities: The account manager is responsible for day-to-day account management for clients with complex coverage needs including coverage/policy questions, claims handling, and providing high customer service satisfaction. The ideal Commercial Insurance Account Manager candidate will possess a wide range of commercial lines account management skills, including but not limited to; customer service, administration and remarketing accounts . Experience with middle market accounts in a face paced environment is highly valued.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+/- plus years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance
- Full Knowledge of insurance products and usages
- Manage workflow of assigned book of business and delegate workflow
- Strong Verbal and written communication skills
- Must have excellent technical/analytical skills
- Detail oriented as must.
- Agency Management Systems proficiency, such as EPIC
- Georgia state P&C license REQUIRED
Nice To Haves
