Key Responsibilities: Install security, access control, and CCTV systems in accordance with company and code standards. Verify system performance, maintain accurate records, and build customer rapport by resolving concerns and answering questions. Plan security system installations by surveying locations, identifying requirements, and laying out equipment and wiring plans. Test and verify system functionality, troubleshoot issues, and ensure proper operation. Document fire inspections, installations, and service activities. Maintain a safe and secure work environment by following best practices and keeping security information confidential. Additional Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Valid California driver’s license. Clean criminal background and motor vehicle record. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent time management skills. Superior customer service skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities. Responsible, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
