FM2, Lee Company’s facility maintenance and management team is looking for experienced Commercial/Industrial Technicians. Summary of Job: This position is responsible for performing maintenance for our commercial customers and performing installs, repairs, and maintenance to a variety of equipment and plumbing systems while utilizing our technology and great customer service to provide a superior experience for our customers. Requirements

5+ years of commercial plumbing experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent GED certificate preferred
Plumbing license a plus
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Technical Skills – has knowledge and ability to diagnose, work with, and repair
Efficiently use Trade Specific Tools
Intermediate use of Cable Drain Cleaning
Intermediate use of Jetting Drain Cleaning Equipment
Intermediate Electrical
Intermediate Pump Lift Station Diagnosis/Repairs
Intermediate Water Heater Diagnosis and Repairs
Intermediate Plumbing Fixture installation
