CCS Construction Staffing is seeking Commercial / Industrial Journeyman, Master, and Foreman Electricians for a hospital project in San Antonio, TX, with additional work in New Braunfels. Work Scope: Electricians will be working on commercial and light industrial projects, including a hospital project based in San Antonio, TX, with travel between New Braunfels and San Antonio as needed. Job duties include roughing in, running and bending conduit, pulling wire, installing devices and fixtures, setting panels and switchgear, and performing terminations. Candidates must have extensive commercial and light industrial experience and be able to work safely and efficiently with minimal supervision. Foreman-level electricians will be responsible for supervising crews, coordinating with project managers, maintaining schedules, and ensuring safety compliance while leading by example in the field.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience
- Journeyman, Master, or Foreman-level experience in hospital or light industrial settings preferred
- Skilled in bending conduit, pulling wire, installing devices, lighting, and performing terminations
- Must be willing to travel between San Antonio and New Braunfels as needed
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
- Must provide own hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
- Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
- Must have reliable transportation
- Strong focus on safety, leadership, and quality workmanship
