Requirements

  • 1–2 years in lead generation, inbound SDR, or phone-based sales
  • SaaS or cybersecurity experience is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Lead qualification and discovery
  • CRM hygiene and follow-up tracking
  • Speed-to-lead responsiveness
  • Tools: Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo
  • Efficiency and adaptability
  • Empathy and rapport-building
  • Coachability and communication
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize effectively

Responsibilities

  • Respond rapidly to inbound leads and conduct short qualification calls
  • Accurately assess lead fit and route to appropriate AE
  • Maintain clean CRM hygiene and track all activity in Salesforce
  • Execute light outbound prospecting as needed
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to optimize lead handling
  • Share lead trends and feedback with internal teams
  • Meet or exceed monthly KPIs and lead conversion goals
