The primary function of the Commercial Inbound Sales Agent is to generate New Commercial Revenue, and contract renewal revenue through inbound exploratory conversations with our customers. I-Sales agents will also generate sales leads through upselling to current customers calling into the wrong channel! This position reports directly to the I-Services Director Brad Montgomery.
