Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of HVAC/R experience (required).
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Universal EPA certification.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with BAS and DDC controls (a plus).
• Strong HVAC electrical aptitude and technical ability.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.
• Work on rooftop units, large 30-ton split systems, chill water systems, and cooling towers.
• Handle HVAC electrical and controls (high voltage and low voltage).
• Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills.
• Maintain strong customer service and clear communication with clients.
• Attend periodic manufacturer training classes to stay updated on the latest technologies.
• Be available for on-call duty as required.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
