Experienced Commercial HVAC Technician – West Palm Beach Area
About The Position
Kalos Services is seeking an Experienced Commercial HVAC Technician to support our operations in the West Palm Beach region. You’ll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial HVAC systems including RTUs, split systems, VAVs, chillers, and controls in retail, industrial, and commercial buildings. You’ll work both independently and as part of a team, responding to service calls, performing preventive maintenance, and supporting start-up and commissioning on new systems. Location: This is a field-based position covering West Palm Beach Region
Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial HVAC experience (refrigeration or controls experience a plus)
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, diagnostics, and HVAC/R fundamentals
- EPA Universal Certification (Required)
- Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in diverse environments
- Willingness to travel regionally and work flexible hours (as needed)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
