About The Position

BGIS Integrated Technical Services (ITS) is hiring a skilled Commercial HVAC Technician in Seattle, WA , for a diverse, inclusive team. Requirements

US work authorization required (citizen or permanent resident)
3–6 years commercial HVAC experience
EPA Certification; O6A license preferred
Constant professional, great attitude, team player, willingness to work, and learn
Personal hand tools, drills, and Sawzall for fieldwork
Ability to lift 75 lbs., climb ladders with 30 lbs., and work in confined spaces
Valid driver’s license (background/drug checks required)
Secure parking for company vehicle required, no HOA restriction

Responsibilities

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems (air handlers, boilers, chillers, ice machines)
Perform inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and equipment changeouts
Provide excellent customer service and accurate record-keeping
Use company tools: service van, iPad, iPhone
