Requirements

5+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC experience
Pro skills in troubleshooting and repairs
Valid driver's license + clean driving record
EPA Universal certification
Willingness to travel to job sites and lift 50+ lbs when needed
A mindset for safety, service, and sharp work

Nice To Haves

NATE is preferred
HVAC technical school certificate (preferred)

Responsibilities

Diagnosing, repairing & maintaining high-end HVAC systems
Working on chillers (scroll, screw, centrifugal), boilers, pumps, cooling towers, and more
Delivering top-tier service and representing our brand with pride
Training & mentoring up-and-coming techs
Tackling hands-on field work Monday-Friday (some OT possible)
