Commercial Service Technician Responsibilities: Respond to scheduled service, preventative maintenance, repairs, and installations of heating and cooling systems. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC equipment such as package units, commercial split systems, mini-splits, VRF/VRV, VAV, air cooled chillers. Repair, replace and maintain equipment components such as compressors, blower/fan motors, pumps, actuators, and expansive valves. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Refrigeration equipment such as walk-in coolers, walk-in freezers, ice machines, and low temp chill water systems. Repair, replace and or calibrate Basic controls. Comprehensive understanding of the refrigeration cycle, electrical theory and psychrometric principle. Ability to perform diagnostics on most HVAC equipment, including multi-stage and variable speed equipment. Requirements: 3-5 years of commercial HVAC experience 2-5 years of experience with tonnage systems, chillers, boilers, VFD, DX and Hydronics or ability to learn. CRM scheduling software use; preferred ServiceTitan EPA Universal Certification TDLR credential TWIC credential a plus but not required Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record Must be able to pass a background check. and be part of our success story as a Commercial Service Technician. Requirements

• 3-5 years of commercial HVAC experience
• 2-5 years of experience with tonnage systems, chillers, boilers, VFD, DX and Hydronics or ability to learn.
• CRM scheduling software use; preferred ServiceTitan
• EPA Universal Certification
• TDLR credential
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

• TWIC credential a plus but not required
