Expert Heating and Cooling specializes in Commercial and Residential HVAC Services and is in Taylor, Michigan. We are adding a Commercial HVAC Service Technician to our team! The Service Technician we are seeking will be able to support work history of at least 3-5 years in professional commercial HVAC service work.

Requirements

• EPA Universal certified
• Customer service experience with strong people skills
• Applicants must have a current driver's license and a satisfactory driving record, must be insurable to drive to and from assigned jobs
• Able to work in a team atmosphere
• Ability to diagnose HVAC issues and troubleshoot HVAC equipment, including boilers
• Previous Install and Control experience
• Willingness to interface with clients and effectively communicate service/project outcomes and recommendations
• 3-5 years of Commercial HVAC experience
• Flexibility with schedule during high volume times, ability to work M-F 7:30am-4:00pm with occasional weekends and on call
• Acceptable DMV report
• Ability to complete pre-employment drug screen

Nice To Haves

• NATE certifications preferred
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical drawings preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform service and troubleshoot on commercial equipment including Packaged Rooftop Units, VRF Systems, Cooling towers, Boilers and CRAC, Make Up Air units
• Help Maintain and promote positive company morale, professionalism, and a friendly work environment
• Effectively manage job duties and perform tasks
