About The Position
A well-established company is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician to join their growing team. This is a full-time opportunity with a company that provides installation, service, and maintenance for a variety of commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience working on commercial systems, and the ability to work independently in the field.
Requirements
- 2+ years of commercial HVAC experience REQUIRED
- EPA Certification required
- Experience working on rooftop units (RTUs), package units, and commercial systems
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage service calls
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working on rooftops, ladders, and mechanical rooms
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
Responsibilities
- Install, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance on rooftop units, split systems, and other commercial equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical system issues
- Inspect systems and identify necessary repairs or improvements
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and industry regulations
- Document service work and communicate findings clearly
