As the Commercial HVAC Sales Representative in St. Louis, MO, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term comm client relationships. Driven through maintenance agreement growth, service repair, and equipment replacement opportunities. The ideal candidate brings a minimum of five (5) years of commercial mechanical field experience, strong mechanical code knowledge, and a disciplined, detail-oriented approach to project management. This individual works directly with Field Pros and Internal teams to ensure projects are properly scoped, staged, profitable, and executed to company standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum five (5) years of commercial mechanical field experience
  • Strong working knowledge of mechanical systems and code compliance
  • Proven ability to manage commercial projects through completion
  • Experience developing and selling service agreements
  • Experience staging work and coordinating material procurement
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using Service Titan
  • St. Louis County Mechanical License (or ability to obtain)
  • Experience in a performance-driven, metrics-focused service organization

Responsibilities

  • Develop, sell, and manage commercial service agreement contracts
  • Identify, scope, and close replacement and large repair opportunities
  • Partner directly with Field Pros to uncover revenue opportunities
  • Build and maintain long-term commercial client relationships
  • Deliver accurate, professional proposals aligned with profitability targets
  • Accurately scope projects in compliance with applicable mechanical codes
  • Stage projects to ensure efficient field execution
  • Coordinate and order materials and equipment
  • Prepare detailed turnover documentation for operations
  • Manage projects from signed agreement through completion and closeout
  • Monitor timelines, job costs, gross margin, and overall performance
  • Work cross-functionally with operations, dispatch, and leadership
  • Contribute to the continued growth and health of the commercial department
  • Maintain high standards of accountability, communication, and follow-through
  • Support a culture focused on operational excellence and measurable results
