Requirements

Minimum of 10 years of experience in HVAC sales, with a strong background in commercial HVAC systems and design-build projects.
Extensive experience working with a variety of commercial HVAC applications, including system design, installation, and preventive maintenance solutions.
Strong technical knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and design principles.
Proven track record of successful sales and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Highly motivated and results-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and quality HVAC solutions.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills, with a focus on efficiency and precision.
Proficient in Service Titan software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Build and nurture long-term relationships with key commercial clients, ensuring an understanding of their evolving needs and business goals.
Analyze customer requirements and recommend tailored HVAC solutions that align with their business objectives.
Design HVAC systems that meet the specific requirements of each commercial project, ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency.
Create and present comprehensive design-build proposals, including detailed cost estimates, timelines, and project specifications.
Partner with project team to ensure the technical and practical feasibility of proposals, guaranteeing accuracy and viability.
Promote and secure preventive maintenance (PM) contracts with both new and existing clients, driving recurring revenue.
Skillfully negotiate and close sales contracts while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with the service team to ensure prompt, accurate quotes for projects and equipment, while meeting customer expectations.
Prepare, submit, and follow up on precise quotes for HVAC projects and unitary equipment to secure new business.
Attend industry events, conferences, and training sessions to enhance skills and keep up with industry advancements.
