About the position
Christian Brothers Mechanical Services is looking for one commercial HVAC sales engineer / Sales Estimator. This position involves commercial project sales for HVAC, understanding the sales process for commercial projects, and being able to sell multiple projects. The ideal candidate will sell above $8,000,000 annually and must be a strong communicator and negotiator, taking care of customers' needs above all else. Responsibilities include bidding new construction HVAC projects and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- High School Diploma.
- 10 years in commercial HVAC Sales.
- HVAC equipment knowledge.
- Duct systems, piping, controls, lifts, and cranes experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Self-discipline and good judgment.
Nice-to-haves
- College degree in Business, Engineering, or Construction Technology.
- Managerial skills (Supervisor).
- Experience with lifts/cranes.
