Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in commercial or residential HVAC service.
• Strong desire to learn about residential and commercial HVAC systems.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• EPA certification (Type II or Universal) for handling refrigerants.

Nice To Haves

• A technical degree or relevant certifications.
• Experience in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems in HVAC/R equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
• Work independently or as part of a team to complete service calls.
• Participate in ongoing training and education opportunities.
• Be available for on-call service as required.
