Commercial HVAC/R Technician
About The Position
Evolution Maintenance Inc. is a Tennessee-based commercial facilities service company that provides repairs, installation, and PM services for national retailers and government entities. The company offers a laid-back environment built on a culture of trust and accountability, allowing each technician the autonomy to get their work done in the best way possible for the customer without being micro-managed. They are looking for an experienced commercial technician to run service calls and troubleshoot/repair HVAC and refrigeration in and around the Knoxville area. Some light electrical, food equipment, and other maintenance trades will be dispatched from time to time. A company-provided vehicle will be dispatched from the technician's home (with no requirement to come to a central office to get the vehicle) via a web-based (provided) tablet. Qualified individuals should have the ability to work independently with good judgment and achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proficient with Tablets, Internet and Web Based Applications
- EPA Certified
- 3+ years commercial HVAC experience required
- Clean Driving Record
Nice To Haves
- 5+ years experience in all aspects of HVAC and refrigeration repair and installation preferred
- Some electrical, plumbing and food equipment experience preferred
