Requirements
- Must be experienced in trouble shooting, repairing, and maintaining both residential and commercial HVAC as well as commercial refrigeration
- Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles, electrical systems and mechanical components
- HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
- Valid drivers’ license
- Ability to handle heavy equipment
- Ability to work outdoors
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, and repair refrigeration and air conditioning equipment
- Requires expertise in walk-in coolers and freezers, ice machines, reach in coolers, prep tables and other refrigeration equipment commonly found in retail, food service, and commercial applications.
- Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills
- Maintain strong customer service
- Attend periodic manufacturer training classes
- Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Ability to handle physical workload of at least 50 LBS
- Participate in On Call Rotation
