Requirements
- 1–2 years of commercial HVAC/R service experience (or relevant trade school training)
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a hands-on approach to service work
- Dependable, positive, and professional attitude
- Willingness to work on call and overtime when needed
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a federally compliant drug test and background check
Nice To Haves
- OSHA 10 preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Responsibilities
- Service, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems for convenience store clients
- Work on equipment such as RTUs, split systems, walk-in coolers/freezers, reach-ins, ice machines, and related controls
- Perform scheduled maintenance, emergency service calls, and system diagnostics
- Communicate clearly with dispatch, customers, and internal team members
- Complete accurate service tickets and documentation daily
- Follow safety procedures, company standards, and customer site requirements
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and a professional jobsite presence
- Participate in on-call rotation and overtime as needed
