Requirements
- Experience in commercial HVAC installation (lead or senior-level experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of blueprints, schematics, and job site planning
- EPA certification (Type II or Universal) required
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with customers and contractors
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
Nice To Haves
- A technical degree or relevant certifications are a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- install rooftop units (RTUs)
- split systems
- VRF systems
- ductwork
- ventilation systems
- lead a team and ensure installations meet safety and quality standards
- work with customers and contractors
