About The Position

Anderson Mechanical Inc. is seeking a driven Commercial HVAC/R & Hotside Salesperson to help grow our commercial division along the Mississippi Gulf Coast and surrounding territories.

This role is focused on generating new business, building relationships, quoting projects, and closing sales for commercial HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, and hotside equipment. We need someone who is comfortable getting out in the field, identifying opportunities, meeting with customers, and helping move projects from first contact to sold job.

Requirements

• Experience in commercial HVAC/R, mechanical sales, or commercial equipment sales preferred
• Hotside equipment knowledge is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and closing skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

• Generate new commercial accounts and sales opportunities
• Build relationships with contractors, property managers, restaurants, facility managers, and business owners
• Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and recommend solutions
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and bids
• Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Coordinate with operations, service, and installation teams to help ensure successful project handoff and execution
• Help grow service agreements, replacements, upgrades, and equipment sales
