Requirements

Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Commercial HVAC/R systems, with at least 2 years of experience in supervisory or leadership role.
Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems, including installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting and repair.
Familiarity with industry codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Universal EPA certification is required.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily field operations for HVAC/R projects, including installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial systems.
Lead, mentor, and support a team of HVAC/R technicians, ensuring they have the resources and training necessary to perform their duties effectively.
Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable codes and regulations.
Conduct visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety, addressing any issues that arise.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to plan and execute projects efficiently.
Prepare and review paperwork, orders, schedules, and reports to track project progress and technical performances.
Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support to field technicians as needed.
Manager inventory, tools, and equipment to ensure readiness for all projects.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates, and address concerns to maintain strong customer relationships.
