About The Position

Commercial HVAC Mechanic Foreman and Top Helpers will be working on a commercial construction project in Danbury, NC. This position involves running duct, assisting with HVAC installation, and ensuring quality and efficiency on site. Foremen must be capable of leading crews, reading blueprints, coordinating workflow, and maintaining safety and production goals. Top Helpers should be comfortable working with sheet metal, installing and hanging ductwork, and supporting mechanics in all phases of installation.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of commercial HVAC or sheet metal installation experience (Foremen should have 5+ years and leadership experience)
• Skilled in running, hanging, and sealing duct systems
• Ability to read blueprints and coordinate with project supervisors (Foremen)
• Must provide own hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the jobsite
• Strong focus on leadership, teamwork, and safety
