Requirements

  • Experience in HVAC installation and service.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of HVAC equipment and installation procedures.
  • Ability to perform diagnostics and repairs as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role.
  • Certification in HVAC or related fields.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Install HVAC equipment and accessories under minimal supervision.
  • Install heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment according to company requirements and manufacturer specifications.
  • Perform limited diagnostics as needed.
  • Design, fabricate, and install various ducts and duct fittings as required.
  • Perform start-ups on air conditioning and heating systems and other components.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Promote products and services to customers.
  • Communicate with customers to answer questions and resolve problems.
  • Call Sales and Service Coordinator with specifics on replacement product sales leads generated from customer service visits.
  • Ensure proper use, maintenance, and accounting of company property, vehicles, and tools.
  • Complete all paperwork in a neat, accurate, thorough, and timely manner.
  • Collect payment from customers.
  • Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically in all business matters.
  • Keep installation vehicle clean and neat, both inside and outside.
  • Follow standard procedures and processes, ensuring the company vehicle is properly stocked and defective warranty parts are returned to the branch.
  • Perform similar or other duties as needed or assigned.
