Why Join ETR? $26–$30/hr starting pay with Bonus Potential (based on experience) Weekly direct deposit Full health benefits: medical, dental, vision, life Short- & long-term disability 401(k) with 4% company match (when you contribute 6%) Up to 20 days of paid time off + paid holidays Career stability with a 45+ year legacy in East Texas Supportive team environment — we have your back What You’ll Be Doing Install commercial HVAC systems (new construction and retrofits) Work with project managers and GCs to ensure jobs are completed on time and within scope Train and mentor junior techs and apprentices Perform code-compliant work that meets high-quality standards Maintain accurate job records (materials, time, progress) Travel occasionally to job sites across East Texas and surrounding areas Prioritize safety and teamwork on every project What We’re Looking For 3+ years of hands-on commercial HVAC installation experience with ductwork and units Pipefitting and brazing experience is required Sheet metal & commercial unit installation experience Ability to read blueprints, plans, and technical documents Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude EPA certification & VRF experience are a plus (but not required) Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean record Self-starter with a strong work ethic and pride in your craft Ready to Make a Move? Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on commercial HVAC installation experience with ductwork and units
- Pipefitting and brazing experience is required
- Sheet metal & commercial unit installation experience

- Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean record
