Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of HVAC experience with demonstrated experience in system replacement installations.
• Strong foundation in HVAC systems and equipment installation, including electrical and mechanical components.
• Proficient in pipefitting, brazing, and soldering techniques.
• Capable of identifying and resolving issues during installation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High school diploma or GED.
• EPA Universal Certification required.

Nice To Haves

• HVAC Journeyman certification preferred.
• Completion of a relevant apprenticeship may be advantageous.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Familiarity with tools and equipment for HVAC installation and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, replace parts, and install HVAC systems.
• Work with a support team including dispatchers, coordinators, supervisors, and technical resources.
• Ensure precision in measurements, fittings, and overall system installation.
• Communicate effectively with clients and address concerns.
• Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines.
• Adapt to different HVAC systems, brands, and evolving technologies.
• Prioritize safety protocols and adhere to industry guidelines.
• Collaborate well in a team environment.
