Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of HVAC experience.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 100 pounds at a time.
• Standing, reaching with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn the HVAC trade.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Safety-minded, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.

Nice To Haves

• EPA/NATE Certifications preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude or experience in construction, plumbing, or electrical work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in installing commercial and industrial HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, and equipment.
• Learn to inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems while working alongside skilled technicians.
• Support senior installers with material handling, tool setup, and job site preparation.
• Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and specifications.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety procedures.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and customers.
• Adhere to all company, safety, and industry standards, including OSHA and EPA guidelines.
