Candidates may also be sent to other nearby projects as needed. Responsibilities include: Operating a buckhoist to safely transport workers and materials Following site plans, direction, and strict safety protocols Performing basic daily equipment checks Coordinating with site supervisors and trades Assisting with other site tasks when not operating the hoist Familiarity with operating a buckhoist is preferred. Heavy Equipment Operator Requirements: 2-3+ years of operating experience (buckhoist experience strongly preferred) Must be comfortable operating hoisting/lift equipment on commercial projects Ability to follow site safety procedures at all times Must provide PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots) Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings Must have reliable transportation Strong communication, awareness, and professionalism Position Details: Location: Indianapolis, IN Project Type: Commercial Construction - Buckhoist Operation Employment Type: Full-time / Project-based Start Date: Immediate openings Apply today! Requirements
- 2-3+ years of operating experience (buckhoist experience strongly preferred)
