About The Position

This hybrid role involves both general maintenance and janitorial duties at our commercial properties. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our buildings are clean, safe, and functioning smoothly on a daily basis.

Requirements

• Experience in commercial property maintenance or general handyman work
• Strong knowledge of general repair techniques and basic building systems
• Ability to use power tools and maintenance equipment safely
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong work ethics and excellent problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, break rooms, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all designated areas
• Refill supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
• Empty trash and recycling bins
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Report maintenance or safety issues as needed
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs- (basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, etc.)
• Maintain the landscape of our two stores
• Will be in charge of managing and scheduling the other Janitor
