About The Position

Kohler Ventures is seeking an experienced Commercial & Growth Lead to spearhead our revenue generation and market expansion efforts. This newly created role will be pivotal in developing and executing strategies that establish product market fit, drive growth, optimize demand generation, and analyze performance across various platforms. The successful candidate will lead a small team responsible for e-commerce, digital subscriptions, and our social media presence, ensuring alignment with Kohler Ventures' vision and business objectives. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven growth strategies that not only align with our business objectives but also achieve key business metrics such as active users, active subscriptions, unit sales, customer retention, cost of customer acquisition, and lifetime value. You will own the e-commerce and digital subscription monetization strategy, identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities to drive revenue growth. Market analysis will be a critical component of your responsibilities. You will conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities within our space. This analysis will inform your go-to-market strategies, allowing you to suggest alternate routes and improvements while monitoring market dynamics to adjust pricing strategies for optimal profitability and competitiveness. Customer acquisition and retention will also fall under your purview. You will lead efforts across multiple channels, focusing on maximizing organic customer acquisition while guiding the subscription and e-commerce leads to design and execute initiatives for hardware and subscription revenue. Utilizing data analytics, you will track key growth metrics, identify insights, and make informed decisions, continuously iterating on growth strategies based on data insights and market feedback. This position reports to the Head of Business at Kohler Ventures and involves managing direct reports, including an E-Commerce lead, a Subscription lead, and a Social Media lead, while collaborating closely with other members of the Kohler Ventures Business team.
