About The Position
The Commercial Graduate Program at Fitch Solutions is designed for recent graduates interested in pursuing a career in financial technology. This 12-month program includes comprehensive onboarding, ongoing training, mentoring, and project work, providing participants with the skills and experience needed for client-facing roles in areas such as Customer Success, Client Services, Marketing, and Sales. Participants will receive support from a dedicated program manager and engage in networking events and community service initiatives.
