About The Position
Do you enjoy cleaning glass and making it sparkle? If that is you, we have a great opportunity where you can clean glass almost 4 hours per night, Mon-Fri at some large pre-schools in the Bentonville area. The environment is quiet and peaceful, and we train you in everything you need to know in order to be successful and make sure parents and teachers have clear glass to enjoy every day. Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or glass cleaning preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their safe usage.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Physical ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment as needed.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or glass cleaning preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of commercial glass surfaces to ensure clarity and shine.
- Use appropriate cleaning solutions and tools to achieve optimal results.
- Inspect glass surfaces for damage or wear and report findings to management.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report when restocking is needed.
- Work independently and manage time efficiently to meet client expectations.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery.
